I am a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer who loves fitness and helping others to live healthy, happy lifestyles.

For many years, even in high school, I struggled with my weight and more importantly my self-esteem because of my weight. Practicing yoga has helped me learn how to find balance in life, and in the process better physical and emotional health. That’s what I strive to bring to my clients.

Although I have practiced yoga for over 15 years, it really became an important part of my life after having knee surgery as a result of wear and tear on my knees and joints from running eight marathons. I used yoga to rehabilitate myself and it worked!

My classes are designed to guide you to a deeper level of focus, discipline, and enhanced concentration while at the same time bringing a sense of peace, tranquility and relaxation. I use a fusion of yoga and personal training.

My goal is for you to leave the session feeling as whole as possible, therefore the class is a balance between challenging and restorative poses. Whether you are interested in losing weight, rehabilitating your body, relaxation, or a better mind/body balance, I can work with you to help you achieve your goals.
